A spinning class consists of a warm-up, a 60-minutes low endurance to moderate to high intensity cardiovascular work out, a cool-down and stretching, it also offers variations from high resistance climbs, sprints, NS40 (Non Stop 40 mins), RPM class, intensive and extensive interval training and non-impact aerobic base conditioning for individuals who prefer or are limited to such a workout, and do not require much physical coordination, unlike most aerobics classes. |
